Sunday, October 25 (November meeting - one week early)
Field trip to Pilsen Mexican American Museum
Our November meeting will take place a week early.  The program will be a field trip to the Mexican Fine Arts Museum in the Pilsen neighborhood, followed by lunch at a local Mexican Restaurant.
We have scheduled a guided tour of the museum and their “Day of the Dead” exhibit at11:00 am, led by a member of the museum’s Education Department. (Tours are not available on our regular meeting date of Nov 1st, the actual Day of the Dead, due to large attendance expected that day).  Please email Maureen McDonald at mcsox@aol.com if you plan on attending.  Members can coordinate for carpooling and rides will be available.

Please arrange for a friend to pick up your work if you cannot pick it up yourself. A list of participants is attached. You can find their emails and phone numbers on our membership list you received from Cherie Denton.

There is no theme you have to follow, but work has to be 2D to hang on their carpet panels.

          "Collage Composed" at the Addison Center for the Arts, September 30th - November 7th Artist reception is Friday October 2nd from 7-9 pm

Laura's work will also be part of the next Incite 3, The Art of Storytelling The best of Mixed Media.
