 MEETINGS

Meetings are held at the Darien Police Station, 1710 Plainfield Rd., Darien, Illinois        

November 1 12:00 - 2:30pm   Gary Warren  will present COLLAGE ON OBJECTS: Merging Collage and Assemblage To Tell a Story.

Gary will open with a PowerPoint that will introduce him, his art and how he approaches creating the collages on objects. 

The rest of the time we will be creating. Bring an object that has a flat surface on which you would like to collage and whatever images, papers, mediums and tools you need to complete the collage.

December 6 - Holiday party  We need someone to plan it!

Exquisite Corpse

Indian Prairie Public Library on the lower level.

All members that are taking part in this Exhibit of the Exquisite Corpse need to fill out the the form and put your information cards on the back of the appropriate pieces. Send Laura your form, lonecrow4@gmail.com  See attachments of digital postcards and Exhibit forms.

· Your work will be mixed and matched when they are hung.

· Good to have your information on your pieces before they are hung.

· If you come to the Sunday Meeting you can bring your three 

and Laura will bring them to the Library on Monday for the exhibit hanging.

· Reminder at this time the Exquisite Corpse pieces are not for sale.

· If you're not able to make it to the Sunday meeting, drop off on Monday at Indian Prairie Public Library between 9 and10am on November 2nd.  Hanging starts at 10:00.

· Next Traveling Exhibit on the calendar will be in January 2027 at Woodridge Library for our Exquisite Corpse Travel show details will come soon.

Exquisite Corpse Reception will be Sunday November 15th at 2:00. We have a second floor large room from 1-4 that day.
Laura will bring small bottles of water, napkins and small plates
We need members to bring snacks for the reception, you can email Laura at lonecrow4@gmail.com to let her know what you are going to bring.

Drop off Date:  Monday, November 2nd at 9:00-10:00am. Hanging starts at 10:00.
Pick up Date: Monday, November 30th at 10:00am.
Reception: Sunday November 15th - Setup 1:30pm. Reception 2-4pm.
Reception will be held in Keshav Sanghani Meeting Room-Second floor
