It's time to prepare for
our next MCS-Exhibit, "Exquisite Corpse." Attached to this newsletter
is the registration form to be filled out and returned to Laura-lonecrow4@gmail.com, or mailing address is 6718 Dale Rd, Darien, IL 60561. This
exhibit is an experiment for possible traveling exhibition, at this time the
artwork will not be up for sale. We do not have a place to store them as
hopefully planned but they are small enough to store them yourself after the
show for the next opportunity. From the images shared and shown over the
last few months we are going to have a great exhibit. Any questions
please contact Laura. There will be a digital postcard to be shared
shortly. Please read through the registration form and note the drop off
time and pick up time.

FALL CREATIVE ARTISTS RETREAT
Twenty
seven artists from Missouri, Wisconsin, Florida, Chicago and suburbs attended
Camp Mack this past week. The weather was mostly cloudy, but the sky cleared
for a beautiful last day and glorious sunset. Everyone enjoyed the
workshops and camaraderie. All are already looking forward to Retreat 2027. September 22 -26 with a possible addition of 2 more days!

Andrea Fox has three artworks and Laura Lein Svencner has one that has been
been accepted into The Well Spirituality Center & La Grange Art League:
Creation Exhibit. This celebrated exhibition will be on view October 6–27,
2026, at the LaGrange Art League Gallery, 122 Calendar Avenue Studio B, La Grange
Reception: Oct. 9, 5-7 pm.
